Phase 2 of the Deon Square demolition is scheduled to begin as early as next Wednesday, the 15th, of March. This demolition will encompass the removal of the remaining structure between the old Pat Deon Beverages and Lee’s Hoagie House. once this demolition is complete, clearing and construction will begin on the revised parking layout and green space, drastically increasing parking and ease of entry and exit for the shopping center.
