Phase 2 demolition at Deon Square Shopping Center is under way, and we appreciate the patience of all of our neighbors and patrons. This second phase of our demolition will remove the previously existing structure from Manhattan Bagel, to the PA Fine Wine and Good Spirits store, leaving Lee’s Hoagie House and Autozone in their current location. The removal of this structure will lead the way to future expansion of the parking lot and green space, which will occupy this area.

At the same time as this demolition, we are completing the exterior updates to the new facade and tenants are happy to be moving into their new, permanent, stores.
