The longtime Deon Square Shopping Center in Fairless Hills is undergoing a big change and will be “rejuvenated.”
Bristol Township Council unanimously approved final land development and subdivision for the shopping center last Thursday night.
The plans for the Oxford Valley Road shopping plaza will add a 14,000-square-foot CVS Pharmacy. To accomplish the plan, part of the current shopping center will be taken down and the First National Bank and Trust Company branch will be moved to a new building on the other side of the property, project attorney Tom Hecker said.
